We saw the Luma at Universal Studios Hollywood but they should also be available at Universal Epic Universe. There are yellow and blue versions.

The Luma are star creatures that first appeared in the Super Mario Galaxy video game. They are cared for by Princess Rosalina, who was introduced at the same time. Both the Luma and Rosalina will appear in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, with the princess voiced by Brie Larson.

The blue Luma is depicted waving. The toys can sit on your shoulder thanks to a magnetic plate you can tuck under your shirt. They interact with each other when you squeeze them.
