A handful of days into the NFL’s free agency period, and there are still a few of the Jacksonville Jaguars’ own free agents who remain unsigned.
The Jaguars entered the offseason with a relatively small free agent class, and GM James Gladstone has brought several of those players back, including, most recently, Montaric Brown, Dennis Gardeck, and Quintin Morris.
As far as outside additions go for the Jaguars, it’s been a quiet free agency. Gladstone recently explained why that’s the case.
Below is a look at which Jaguars’ free agents are still searching for a landing spot.
WR Dyami Brown
As the 2025 season progressed, Brown’s role was reduced and eventually became nonexistent, with him even being a healthy scratch in some games. Brown caught 20 passes on 37 targets for 227 yards with a touchdown.

Like Brown, as the season progressed, Ogbah’s role was significantly reduced as Danny Striggow and BJ Green earned more opportunities. This includes being a healthy scratch on a few occasions. Ogbah finished the season with 16 quarterback pressures, one sack, and 13 tackles, according to PFF.
DE Dawuane Smoot
Smoot provided Anthony Campanile with a versatile presence up front, lining up at defensive end and in the B-gap regularly and everywhere in between. Smoot finished the season recording 19 pressures and two sacks, while making 21 tackles in the run game.
