McKinley Crone
Goalkeeper, No. 40
Age/Ht: 27/ 5-9
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Crone made three appearances for the Pride in 2025 before making another four on loan to USLS club Fort Lauderdale United to start 2026. She is a capable backup, showing plenty of ability to command the box in her limited playing time. While she likely won’t have many opportunities this season, she will be ready if called on.
Cara Martin
Goalkeeper, No. 31
Age/Ht: 22/ 5-11
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Martin joins the Pride after a successful collegiate career at Georgetown University. She was named Big East Goalkeeper of the Year in her final two seasons, while also earning All-American Third Team honors in her senior season. She is not expected to earn much playing time, if any, in 2026, but she is one to look out for in the future.
Anna Moorhouse
Goalkeeper, No. 1
Age/Ht: 30/ 6-1
Citizenship: England
The buzz: Moorhouse returns for her fifth season with the Orlando Pride as the club’s all-time leader in clean sheets and wins. Her command of the backline is crucial for Seb Hines’ side, and she will be even more important this season as the team brings in new blood in defense.
Cossette Morché
Goalkeeper, No. 77
Age/Ht: 28/ 6-1
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Morché enters 2026 as the second-choice goalkeeper for the Pride in her second season with the club. She has made two appearances in all competitions for Orlando. Her experience makes her an excellent deputy to Moorhouse, should Moorhouse miss any time this season.
Kerry Abello
Defender, No. 25
Age/Ht: 26/ 5-5
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Abello made 26 appearances for the Pride last season, primarily at left back. Her positional flexibility is crucial for Orlando, and her ability to contribute in the attacking build-up helps open up opposing defenses. She will be a key player for Hines again in 2026.
Hannah Anderson
Defender, No. 41
Age/Ht: 24/ 5-11
Citizenship: United States
Previous club: Chicago Stars FC
The buzz: Anderson joins Orlando after spending the last two seasons in Chicago. She made 31 appearances across two seasons, primarily as a substitute. She is unlikely to start for the Pride, but she is another young option off the bench that should improve.
Zara Chavoshi
Defender, No. 23
Age/Ht: 23/ 5-9
Citizenship: Canada
The buzz: Chavoshi made 13 appearances for Orlando in her rookie season, showing plenty of potential in the center of defense. The Canadian international still has room to improve, but she will likely earn more opportunities to play in 2026.
Cori Dyke
Defender, No. 12
Age/Ht: 25/ 5-6
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Dyke has become a key game-changer for Orlando across two seasons with the Pride, and she is usually one of the first players to come off the bench when the game needs a jolt of energy. She is capable of playing multiple defensive positions, allowing her to fit any need.
Hailie Mace
Defender, No. 5
Age/Ht: 28/ 5-7
Citizenship: United States
Previous club: Kansas City Current
The buzz: Orlando needed a defensive replacement for Emily Sams after she was traded to Angel City, and Hailie Mace joins from an excellent Kansas City side with plenty of experience and talent. She will either share time with Oihane at right back or be moved more centrally to help directly replace Sams, but she will be an important player wherever she is positioned.
Kylie Nadaner
Defender, No. 3
Age/Ht: 33/ 5-8
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Nadaner’s status for 2026 is up in the air, with the defender due to give birth to her first child later this spring. It is possible she returns to play late in the season, but for now the club will need to make do without one of its best and most consistent defenders.
Rafaelle
Defender, No. 4
Age/Ht: 34/ 5-9
Citizenship: Brazil
The buzz: Rafaelle was particularly impressive in the postseason, and she remains a key player at 34 years old. Her leadership and ability both on and off the ball will help anchor Orlando’s defense. She will be a certain starter as long as she can stay healthy.
Oihane
Defender, No. 21
Age/Ht: 25/ 5-9
Citizenship: Spain
The buzz: Oihane’s first campaign with the Pride was a mixed bag, but the Spanish right-back was generally a solid but unspectacular part of Orlando’s defense. She should be more comfortable in year two, but she will need to improve her ability to contribute to the attack.
Nicole Payne
Defender, No. 23
Age/Ht: 25/ 5-7
Citizenship: Nigeria
Previous club: Portland Thorns FC
The buzz: Payne joins Orlando as a depth option in defense, with the potential to push for more playing time should Oihane or Mace be unavailable. She missed all of 2025 recovering from an ACL injury, but she is back healthy and determined to prove that she is capable of playing at a high level.
Angelina
Midfielder, No. 7
Age/Ht: 26/ 5-3
Citizenship: Brazil
The buzz: The Brazilian international remains one of Orlando’s most important players, helping organize and control the midfield and shut down the oppositions attack. She fluidly connects Orlando’s attack and defense, and she will be a vital part of any championship aspirations this season.
Ally Lemos
Midfielder, No. 6
Age/Ht: 22/ 5-7
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Lemos made 31 appearances in her second season with the Pride, and the 22-year-old still has room to improve. She will need to find more ways to contribute to the attack for the Pride, but she will be given plenty of chances on the field to show that she can make a real difference.
Luana
Midfielder, No. 8
Age/Ht: 32/ 5-5
Citizenship: Brazil
The buzz: Luana made a sensational return midway through last season and showed Orlando how important she can be despite only earning limited minutes. She is an excellent progressive passer from deep in a defensive midfield position, and the Pride will lean on her to help provide cover for the defense.
Haley McCutcheon
Midfielder, No. 2
Age/Ht: 30/ 5-6
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: McCutcheon has become one of Orlando’s most important players, scoring clutch goals on several occasions last season. She returns in midfield where she will start as many matches as possible, helping connect the attack and defense.
Viviana Villacorta
Midfielder, No. 14
Age/Ht: 27/ 5-7
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Villacorta only made 10 appearances in all competitions in 2025 and will be a fringe player again in 2026. She has the ability to earn more playing time, but whether she can be consistent is a huge question for Orlando. She is not a bad option off the bench, but don’t expect to see her in the starting lineup very often.
Barbra Banda
Forward, No. 11
Age/Ht: 25/ 5-10
Citizenship: Zambia
The buzz: Banda’s injury in 2025 unraveled the season for Orlando, but it also forced the team to evolve tactically. Now that she is back healthy, she will connect up with the rest of Orlando’s attack with the goal to become one of the league’s most potent attacks again. She is fast and physical, a true nightmare for opposing defenses.
Seven Castain
Forward, No. 30
Age/Ht: 21/ 5-5
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Castain joins Orlando after playing for four seasons at Texas Christian University. She earned 2025 United Soccer Coaches All-America first-team honors and was a MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalist after tying the program’s single-season goals record with 17 in her senior season. While unlikely to earn much playing time, she could be one for the future for the Pride.
Julie Doyle
Forward, No. 20
Age/Ht: 27/ 5-8
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Doyle missed time last season due to injury, only playing in 13 games in all competitions. With Ally Watt off to Denver, Doyle has an opportunity to earn a starting role again, where she will be needed to help contribute to attack that boasts some serious talent.
Simone Jackson
Forward, No. 80
Age/Ht: 23/ 5-5
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Jackson only made eight appearances last season, her first with the club. She remains further down the depth chart and will likely only see time as a substitute or in place of an injured player. She has plenty of upside and room to grow, but it will be hard for her to unseat any of the starters in attack.
Marta
Forward, No. 10
Age/Ht: 40/ 5-4
Citizenship: Brazil
The buzz: One of the greatest to ever play the game, Marta returns for her ninth season in purple looking to add another championship to an already impressive resume. This might be her last season, and she will be motivated to make every second on the field count. It is possible she sees less playing time, with younger options ready to step in as needed, but her determination and work ethic allow her to still remain a top player even at 40 years old.
Jacquie Ovalle
Forward, No. 13
Age/Ht: 26/ 6-1
Citizenship: Mexico
The buzz: Ovalle joined Orlando partway through 2025 and took time to acclimate. With a full offseason in the bag and a returning star striker up top in Banda, Ovalle should show what she is capable of this season. She has excellent delivery and control of the ball, and her partnership with Banda and Marta in attack makes Orlando one of the most threatening teams in the league.
Reagan Raabe
Forward, No. 38
Age/Ht: 24/ 5-7
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Raab was a non-roster invitee in the offseason, and she earned a short-term contract that keeps her with the Pride through June. The University of Nebraska product is unlikely to see much playing time, if any, but she will be a useful practice player as the team prepares for the opening matches.
Solai Washington
Forward, No. 29
Age/Ht: 20/ 5-7
Citizenship: Jamaica
The buzz: Washington joins Orlando from Florida State University, where she was a key forward in her two seasons as a Seminole. She scored two game-winning goals for the 2025 national champions, and has shown plenty of potential to be a future star for the Pride. She won’t see much playing time in 2026, but she is another young prospect to keep an eye on.
Summer Yates
Forward, No. 28
Age/Ht: 25/ 5-4
Citizenship: United States
The buzz: Yates is one of Orlando’s most versatile players, and she is among the first options off the bench for the Pride. Last season was a bit of a step back for her, but she has shown in the past that she is capable of making a real difference on the field. If she can improve in her consistency, expect her to push for more playing time in 2026.
