SOFTBALL

Mariner 6, Cape Coral 3: The Tritons (6-3) put up three runs in the top of the seventh to break a 3-all tie. Rylie Moore doubled and had two RBI to pace the Mariner offense. Kaylen Rounding also drove in a run. Gabi Winters allowed three unearned runs to get the win for the Tritons. For Cape (6-3), Brielle Pachick doubled in two runs and Bella Poole had two hits and an RBI. Seahawks pitcher Emma Brannan had 12 strikeouts.

Fort Myers 21, North Fort Myers 5 (5 innings): The Red Knights fell for the first time this season (8-1). Natalie Singletary, Jordyn Prado and Kaliyah Williams had an RBI each for North. 

Oasis 9, Seacrest Country Day 0: Olivia Crayton had two hits, drove in two runs and scored twice for the Sharks (5-6). Kyra Cavender and Marisol Gonzalez had one RBI each. Cavender pitched five no-hit, no-walk innings, striking out 14. 

Bishop Verot 3, St. John Neumann 2: Tianna Wolfson drove in two runs on two hits for the Vikings (6-1). Willa Pagnutti had three hits, including a triple and a double. Abby Goff added an RBI. Josie Betermann allowed two unearned runs on two hits for the win, and Paige Betterman finished up for a save,

BASEBALL

Fort Myers 8, North Fort Myers 0: Caedon Conn had two hits for the Red Knights (8-4).

Oasis 6, Golden Gate 2: Daniel Merry doubled in two runs for the Sharks (7-7). Brayden Cody had an RBI double and Anthony Avile had two hits and an RBI. Oasis starter Tanner Goff allowed two unearned runs while striking out 10 in five innings.

South Fort Myers 9, Cape Coral 1: South put up eight runs in the bottom of the third to secure the win. Julious Sinboulay had two hits including a double and Collin Thess also had two hits for the Seahawks (6-8).

Estero 4, Ida Baker 1: Yadel Pena singled and scored for the Bulldogs (4-7).

Mariner 20, Riverdale 6: The Tritons are 3-0 after Thursday’s win.
