Closings at the 90%-sold Una Residences ultra-luxury tower in Brickell have begun after it received its temporary certificate of occupancy from the city of Miami.

Developed by OKO Group and Cain, the 47-story tower is Brickell’s first waterfront development in over 10 years. The $17.75 million sale of one of its two tri-level penthouses set a record for the submarket in 2022.

“Reaching this stage reflects years of intention behind every element of the building,” OKO Group Chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin and Cain CEO Jonathan Goldstein said in a joint statement. “From its yacht-inspired architecture and design to its prime waterfront setting and curated amenity offerings, Una delivers a residential experience that reshapes expectations of luxury waterfront living in one of Miami’s most vibrant neighborhoods.”

Located at 175 SE 25th Road, the tower offers 129 residences ranging from two- to five-bedrooms and measuring between 1,100 to 4,786 square feet. A limited number of condominiums remain available, with prices ranging from $6.2 million to $10.8 million.

The two penthouses encompass 7,089 square feet and have an additional 2,871 square feet of outdoor terrace and rooftop space with dual private pools, summer kitchens, saunas and steam rooms.

Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill designed the tower, which offers a host of amenities, including three swimming pools, a children’s splash-pad and playroom, media lounge, spa and steam room and fitness center.
