JSO said the man, 70-year-old Johnny Radford, was last seen Thursday afternoon around 1 p.m.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man diagnosed with dementia was reported missing Friday afternoon nearly a day after he was last seen, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO).

70-year-old Johnny Radford was last seen Thursday around 1 p.m. on Hyde Park Road near San Juan Avenue. JSO officials said they were told he’s diagnosed with dementia, suffers from hearing loss and faces other health issues. JSO officials said they are concerned for Radford’s well-being and safety. 

He is 5’9″ and 130 lbs. He has brown eyes and grey hair, and was last seen wearing a grey shirt with grey pants and a black sweater.
