Shooting occurred near Walmart shopping center

SANFORD, Fla. — Two people are expected to recover after a shooting reported outside of a barbershop, police said.
Sanford police responded to reports of a shooting at a barbershop at 3657 S Orlando Drive and found one person with injuries that appeared to be from a gunshot wound, according to a statement from officers.
That person was taken to a local hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Authorities said a second person later arrived at another local hospital with injuries also not believed to be life-threatening.
Police said the shooting appears to be an isolated incident involving the parties connected to the case. The investigation remains preliminary and ongoing.
