The Sanibel-Captiva Art League (SCAL) and Sanibel Public Library will present “Serendipity” from Nov. 3 through Jan. 6 at the library, at 770 Dunlop Road, Sanibel. A collection of fresh, original works by SCAL members, the exhibition highlights the creativity, vision and joy of local artists who bring inspiration to the community through their unique perspectives and techniques. The public can view the pieces on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The artwork is available for purchase, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the library and its cultural and educational programming.
