All offseason long, we heard of the cultural change the Miami Dolphins were going through. The team got rid of players they deemed as “cancers” to the locker room and everything was supposed to be fine and dandy. Everything is not fine and dandy in Miami though. It seems there is no leadership whatsoever and either these players, coaches, general manager get this fixed or the new guys that come in after the season will get it fixed.
