GAINESVILLE, Fla. – North Florida Men’s Tennis fell on the road to No. 22 Florida, 4-0, at Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex on Sunday afternoon.

The Gators grabbed the doubles point with wins on courts one and three. Graduate student Breno Marques and junior Enrique Pena trailed by only one on court three, 4-3, before their match went unfinished.

In singles action, graduate student Andreas Scott won his opening set, 6-4, over Florida’s 50th-ranked Henry Jefferson and forced a tie breaker in set two before his match went unfinished after the overall match was clinched.

North Florida welcomes James Madison to the UNF Tennis Complex on Tuesday, March 17. The match is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. ET.
