Florida State has yet to land a wide receiver in the 2027 cycle. They’re pushing hard to change that, and three-star Jordan Christie is one of their top targets.

Christie was extended an offer by FSU back in January, and he was recently on campus over the weekend. According to Chad Simmons of Rivals, Christie is high on Florida State and one of their conference foes.

Georgia Tech has pulled ahead for in-state wide receiver Jordan Christie. He was at Florida State earlier this week, and the Seminoles are high on his list. The consistency has pushed Brent Key’s program to the top and he has the best relationships with those on the Flats.

Christie will take an unofficial visit to Georgia Tech on April 17. He was once committed to the Yellow Jackets, but he decommitted last December. So, Florida State needs to work to get him back on campus either late in the spring or early in the summer to try to overtake Georgia Tech.

It was an ultra-productive junior campaign for Christie in 2025. He hauled in 52 receptions for 953 yards and 11 touchdowns, and he also registered 202 rushing yards and two more scores. Christie earned the 2025 DeKalb County Offensive Player of the Year and First-Team All-County honors for his play.

Christie is listed as the No. 466 overall prospect nationally and the No. 60 wide receiver in the Rivals industry rankings. In the state of Georgia, he’s the No. 51 recruit.
