COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) — A man who previously lived in Coffee County will spend the rest of his life in a Florida prison following a murder conviction, according to the Douglas Now.
A Florida jury reportedly found Jacob Daniel Price guilty of premeditated murder and animal cruelty on March 11.
Officials said Price shot his parents, Robert and Jolene Price, in the head while they slept at their home in Crestview, Florida in 2019. Officials also said he fatally shot the family’s dogs.
After the verdict, a judge sentenced Price to two life sentences without the possibility of parole, the Douglas Now reported.
