ORLANDO, Fla. – The Bentley men’s golf team got its 2026 spring season off to a bright start, as the Falcons placed second in the Saint Anselm Florida Invitational at Eagle Creek Golf Club. Bentley placed second out of 10 teams in the two-round tournament that concluded Tuesday.
As a team, Bentley shot 293-293-586. The Falcons were 21 strokes behind the lead (Adelphi), and 14 strokes of third-place Assumption.
Jack Kantowski placed fourth out of 59 golfers. He shot 71-72-143, which was only four strokes from tying for first.
Braden Yeomans cracked the top 10 by placing eighth with a score of 71-75-146. CJ Steel tied for 14th after a big improvement in the second round, as he posted an overall score of 78-71-149. Steel did not bogey in that second round.
