March 18, 2026 – Pinellas County is bringing permitting and recovery resources directly to local neighborhoods with “hubs” for storm repair permits and recovery grants. The first is Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Gulfport Neighborhood Center, 1617 49th St. S., Gulfport. Other imformational hubs will operate in Largo (March 25) and Palm Harbor (April 2). The County is waiving after-the-fact permit penalties through June 30 for residents of unincorporated Pinellas and its six partner communities.
