Frontier Airlines has launched new daily nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), beginning May 21. With the addition, Frontier now serves 17 nonstop destinations from FLL.
“We are pleased to continue our growth at FLL with this new service,” said Josh Flyr, VP of Network and Operations Design, Frontier Airlines, in a media statement. “With this new route, South Florida travelers will enjoy Frontier’s signature convenience and affordability as they travel to our nation’s capital and the surrounding region.”
Other new routes launching this spring include:
• Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)—Newark, N.J. (EWR) on May 5; daily
• Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)—Santa Ana, Calif. (SNA) on May 21; 4x/week
• Nashville International Airport (BNA)—Las Vegas (LAS) on June 11; 4x/week
“We are very pleased to announce these new routes, offering more low-cost service across the U.S. just in time for the summer travel season,” added Flyr.
