Clearwater’s Corporate Square sells

European Equities Corporation, a Clearwater brokerage and property management company, has acquired Corporate Square, a 68,936-square-foot office building at 28050 US Highway 19 N., Clearwater, for $5.3 million.

The five-story structure was built in 1987 and renovated in 1993. It was about 48% occupied upon closing. Currently there are 16 available office spaces for lease across the five floors, ranging in size from 937 to 4,394 square feet.

The building includes an elevator, an exterior stairway and a lobby area with restaurant space. The 3.71-acre corner lot provides three points of ingress and egress and features a large lighted parking lot with 258 surface parking spaces, a covered drive-through with a drop-off area and a lighted pylon sign.

The seller, Clearwater Housing Authority, had purchased the property in 2016 for $8.7 million.

European Equities Corporation owns over 10 retail, industrial and mixed-use properties in the Tampa Bay market. The purchase was secured by a $5.3 million mortgage with JS Bridge Management, LLC.
