Florida First Watch in Vero Beach plans to replace only Bob Evans here

First Watch plans to open a restaurant in Vero Beach where Bob Evans is now, according to documents the company submitted to Indian River County in February.

Both restaurants’ spokespeople would not comment on whether Bob Evans will close to make room for First Watch.

If approved, the First Watch restaurant would be at 6070 20th St., which is the only Bob Evans on the Treasure Coast.

This would be the second First Watch in Vero Beach and the fourth on the Treasure Coast.
