TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Redshirt junior Kaitlyn Schroeder carded a 2-under 70 for North Florida Women’s Golf to stand tied for third after round one at the Florida State Match Up at Seminole Legacy Golf Club on Friday. 
 
North Florida sits in fifth place on the team leaderboard after the first round. 
 
In addition to Schroeder, junior Brianna Castaldi and sophomore Braydn Smith also finished round one in the top-25 on the leaderboard, each tied for 24th at 2-over 74. Schroeder, Castaldi and Smith each carded a trio of birdies in the first 18 holes.
