CAPE CORAL, Fla. (WINK) — A teen is in critical condition after a crash on Santa Barbara Blvd. and Veterans Memorial Parkway on Friday night, according to the family.
Stella Piscopo was hit by a vehicle while riding her scooter on Friday. She was transported from Gulf Coast Medical Center to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg.
Piscopo’s family said she has undergone surgery on her leg and hip. They also said she is unconscious.
