ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — It’s been forty-one years since Rose Marie Gayhart’s disappearance, and the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is still hoping to resolve this case.
Rose Marie Gayhart was last seen on March 21, 1985, at her workplace in Cape Coral, Florida. At the time, it was reported she was seen getting into a red truck with an unknown man. She’s described as 5’3″, 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has her ears pierced and scars under her chin, around her nose, and eye.
Authorities say that numerous leads have been generated over the decades, but none have been successful in locating Rose Marie Gayhart. This year, on February 8, Rose Marie Gayhart would have turned 64.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office urges the community to provide any information that could help the investigation, adding it’s not too late to give her family closure.
