National Puppy Day is March 23 and to celebrate Camp Bow Wow released a list of the top puppy names for 2026 and the top puppy names in Florida.

Camp Bow Wow, a dog daycare and boarding provider, ranked based on its database of dogs four months to a year old at Camp Bow Wow camps across the United States.

“Choosing a name is one of the very first things a new pet parent does, and it matters more than people might think,” Camp Bow Wow Animal Health and Behavioral Expert Erin Askeland stated in a news release. “After five years of compiling this data, it’s fascinating to see trends emerge and evolve, and Luna continues to hold strong at the top. It checks every box for a great puppy name, which is exactly why new pet parents keep choosing it.”
