The land is not directly attached to Epic Universe or next to its existing hotels. It’s to the southwest next to Topgolf Orlando. Epic Universe is visible in the distance in the upper right of the above photo.

Although the land isn’t right next to a park, it’s a good spot for a new hotel. It would be a short drive from Epic Universe with bus transportation likely available. It’s just a few miles down the road from Universal Stella Nova and Terra Luna Resorts.

The location makes it slightly closer to Universal’s other theme parks, although still closest to Epic Universe. In bio’s above photo, a yellow arrow points to Universal Studios Florida.

The site has mesh and fencing around existing infrastructure. Though the site clearing is a good sign that something new is in the works, we’re still years away from a potential hotel opening.

Meanwhile, Universal is already working on expansions to Epic Universe, which opened nearly one year ago.
