AUSTIN, Texas (KLTV) – Former Jacksonville Maiden Riley Todd drove in a run as Texas Woman’s swept St. Edward’s in a doubleheader on Sunday.
Texas Woman’s won the first game 4-3 and the second 10-6.
In the first game, Todd went 0-for-3. In the second game, Todd went 1-for-2 with a walk, an RBI and a run. In the third inning, Todd hit a double through the left side to score Trinity Perry from second base. Todd scored on a groundout later in the inning. Todd is batting .277 this season with 17 RBI.
Texas Woman’s has won five games in a row and improved to 18-14 overall. The Pioneers host Henderson State in a doubleheader on Wednesday.
