A Broward man is accused of sexually abusing a child over two years at the same time every week, beginning when she was 13, deputies say.

Adlin Saint Amour, 35, was arrested Friday and accused of picking up the girl before 4 a.m. at her house every Saturday, driving her to his place to have sex with her, and then dropping her back off before her father woke up to get ready for work, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office. The routine started sometime in 2020 when the girl was 13 and he was 30, according to his arrest affidavit. .

The last time Saint Amour was ever able to get away with this was on Nov. 26, 2022, deputies say. He fell asleep after having sexual intercourse with the girl and did not bring her home until after 6 a.m., according to the affidavit. When he pulled up to her house, he noticed her father standing outside and drove to a gas station.

He bought the girl a bag of chips and told her to tell her father that she went to the gas station to buy them, detectives say. But, when the girl got home and was questioned by her father she eventually told him about Saint Amour.

The girl did not want to complete a sexual assault test kit but had the clothes she was wearing during her last time with Saint Amour and the tablet she used to talk to him collected and placed into evidence, detectives say. Saint Amour’s DNA would later match DNA found on the clothing, according to BSO

In an interview with detectives, the girl said she met Saint Amour at a neighbor’s house and he started picking her up every Saturday.

He would message her on various social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram and would tell her to delete all messages and videos related to him, according to BSO.

The girl’s father also turned in her iPhone for evidence, which revealed messages between the girl and Saint Amour in which they talked about how much they loved each other and wanted to have children with each other.

The phone also had explicit photos of the girl which she took at the request of Saint Amour, according to BSO.

Saint Amour is charged with six counts of promoting sexual activity of a victim under 16 and is being held at Broward County’s Main Jail on a $90,000 bond.
