There’s one Disney Springs restaurant I can never turn down an invitation to visit…

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

…yep, I’m talking bout Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. This southern-style comfort food restaurant has excellent service and even better menu items, in our experience. Recently, we stopped by to check out another menu item, and we’re bringing you a full review!

We stopped by Homecomin’ to try out the Southern Burger for $24. It’s new to the menu as of March 23rd, 2026.

The menu

It’s made with two all-beef patties topped with American cheese, pecan-smoked bacon, two fried green tomatoes, pimiento cheese, arugula, and a truffle aioli. Sounds excellent and filling! Did it live up to the ingredients list?

Southern Burger

One bit in and those flavors were already HITTING. The pimiento cheese is really the star here; it blended so well with truffle aioli, which had a strong truffle flavor. As we worked our way through the burger, we were getting little punches of each individual element — boom, arugula; boom, tomato; boom, cheese. It was like one delicious flavor after another.

SO good.

The patties were juicy and thick, and this would be an incredible dish for either a burger fan, a cheese lover, or someone who really appreciates a good truffle-flavored item. Probably avoid it if you’re averse to any of those ingredients or you’re not one to enjoy a super-loaded burger.

Inside the burger

We would definitely order this again in the future — welcome to the menu, Southern Burger, we’re glad to have you in Disney World! Chef Art Smith DOES IT AGAIN.
