Road closures are in place as firefighters work to put out a fire at a Citgo gas station on West Busch Boulevard.

TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa Fire Rescue crews are on the scene of a fire at a Citgo gas station Thursday morning.

TFR responded sometime before 9:30 a.m. at the Citgo located in the area of West Busch Boulevard.

Photos show smoke coming out of the building’s door as crews are seen working to take out the flames on the ground and on top of the roof.

No injuries have been reported.

Westbound lanes of Busch Boulevard between North Boulevard and North Edison Avenue are closed, as well as Southbound lanes of North Edison Avenue from Forest Hills Drive to West Busch Boulevard. 

Firefighters are continuing to investigate what caused the fire.

“Please expect delays in the immediate area,” TFR said in a statement.
