A 1-year-old was hospitalized after a scooter crash in southwest Miami-Dade Wednesday night, officials said.
The incident happened around 8 p.m. in the area of Old Cutler Road and South Dixie Highway.
Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office officials said two females were riding a scooter while holding the 1-year-old with no helmet when they crashed into a car.
The child was hospitalized with minor injuries, officials said.
No other details about the crash were immediately available.
