A century-old four-story office building at 15 8th Street N. in downtown St. Petersburg has listed for $5.46 million.
Built in 1925, the 14,552-square-foot structure, originally the Harlan Hotel, is owned by COhatch Regional Development Ventures (CRDV), an Ohio-based company that restores buildings and turns them into communal working, meeting and event spaces. CRDV has a network of over 30 locations in the Midwest and on the east coast, including four in the Tampa Bay area.

Gulfport home sells for $3.6 million
 An 8,429 gross square-foot home in Gulfport, with 80 feet of Tampa Bay waterfrontage, sold March 24 for $3.6 million following 47 days on the market.
 The three-story residence, at 5907 Bayview Circle S., provides four bedrooms and four full bathrooms across 4,445 square feet of living space.
The main level features double-leaded glass doors that open to a grand foyer and a formal living room with cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, a wet bar and a glass-walled office. A one-story, two-unit retail complex at 7612 Blind Pass Rd. in St. Pete Beach, along with a rear vacant lot at 420 77th Ave., has entered the market with an asking price of $2.55 million.
Built in 1983, the 3,600 gross-square-foot building is adjacent to the Corey Avenue Shopping District and near the Corey Landing project, a mixed-use development approved by the City Commission last October.

Following almost a year on the market, the sale of a 16-unit multifamily apartment complex at 501 St. Michael’s Way, Tarpon Springs closed March 23 for $2.9 million, a little over $200,000 below the asking price.
The property comprises four one-story, garden-style concrete block structures built in 1986, each with four two-bedroom/two-bathroom units across 3,160 heated square feet.
The 1.03-acre parcel is located steps away from U.S. 19 and less than two miles from the Tarpon Springs sponge docks and AdventHealth North Pinellas Hospital.
