Travis Hunter is unique — not just because he’s an extremely rare two-way player in the NFL, but also because his skill set is almost unmatched when he puts it all together.
Though the Jacksonville Jaguars weren’t all that competitive during their Week 7 trip to London, losing 35-7 to the Los Angeles Rams, Hunter continued to find his footing within the offense. You could see Hunter’s rapport with QB Trevor Lawrence developing almost quarter by quarter in that game, leading up to Hunter’s first career TD on a 34-yard, fourth-quarter reception.
He put a little of everything on display during that catch — foot speed, core strength, ball skills and finishing ability. It’s the combination of all of it that makes Hunter such a special prospect, on both sides of the ball.
Here, we take a closer look at his biggest performance to date.
