A JUDGE SENTENCED ABRAHAM TO 50 YEARS BEHIND BARS AND HIS WESH TWO CHRISTINA WATKINS TELLS US. THE VICTIM’S WIFE SAYS THIS IS JUSTICE. ERIC. SCHNITZER’S FAMILY WAITED A LONG TIME FOR THIS DAY. THE ROAD RAGE SHOOTING HAPPENED IN JULY OF 2020. PROSECUTORS SAY NAEL ABRAHAM CHASED ERIC SCHNITZER THROUGH TRAFFIC BEFORE PULLING ALONGSIDE HIS CAR. ON FRIDAY, A JUDGE SENTENCED ABRAHAM TO 50 YEARS IN PRISON WITH CREDIT FOR TIME SERVED. ABRAHAM’S FAMILY WATCHED HIM WALK AWAY IN A BLUE JUMPSUIT AND HANDCUFFS. HIS ATTORNEY SAID THEY HAVE QUESTIONS AND THEY’RE DISAPPOINTED. THEY WERE QUESTIONING PRIMARILY WHY A SENTENCE OF THAT MAGNITUDE WAS IMPOSED, AND I EXPLAINED THAT THE JUDGE DIDN’T OFFER AN EXPLANATION, SO I COULDN’T REALLY PROVIDE ONE TO HER.
