TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Two separate shootings were reported early Saturday morning, including one near FAMU campus that injured four adults and another, unrelated shooting near FSU that left one person injured, according to the Tallahassee Police.
Police said officers responded at about 3:36 a.m. to 500 West Osceola Street near FAMU’s campus, where four adults had been shot.
All four victims are expected to survive, per TPD.
On the same morning, Tallahassee Police said officers responded at about 2:10 a.m. to 444 West College Avenue, where one person had been shot.
That victim is reportedly expected to survive.
The West College Avenue location is near several student housing complexes, restaurants and a college bar, according to Google Maps.
Tallahassee Police said the shootings are not connected and no arrests have been made in either case.
