PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — A Port St. Lucie home went up in flames early Friday morning.

Fire crews from the St. Lucie County Fire District (SLCFD) responded around 5 a.m. to a blaze near the 1800 block of SW Altman Avenue.

Photos from the scene show flames and smoke pouring from the garage, with the fire spreading to the rest of the house.

No injuries were reported, according to SLCFD. The American Red Cross was called to assist the family, which consists of two adults and two children.

Officials say the cause of the fire is under investigation.
