Sunday, March 29 completed the 6th Annual Monster Energy St. Pete Powerboat Grand Prix with four offshore races on choppy Tampa Bay water. Tyler Miller took Pro Class 1 Race 2 for Monster Energy/MCON, giving Bill Pyburn and Tyler Miller one win each across the weekend’s two PC1 heats. Modified V results are pending from the official timing sheets.

Bill Pyburn’s DMR Performance (#03) had the fastest lap of the race (2:51.609) but could not overhaul Miller, finishing 7.1 seconds behind after starting fifth on the grid. GC Racing (#32, Milton Calafell) takes third; Outta Pocket Racing (#10) fourth. X/Insurance North (#11) retired after two laps. WHM Motorsports (#5, William Mauff) and Discrete Offshore Racing (#07) did not start Race 2.
Pyburn’s DMR Performance won Saturday’s Race 1, Miller’s Monster Energy/MCON won Sunday’s Race 2. The weekend points split sets up a close championship battle from the opening round.
