Take note of detours.
Eastbound Interstate 595 has been shut down early Monday in Broward County at I-95, according to traffic reports.
The I-595 shutdown also is blocking access to southbound Interstate 95 into Miami-Dade County.
Drivers heading to southbound I-95, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, U.S. 1 or Dania Beach from West Broward area need to find alternate routes, including State Road 7 and Florida’s Turnpike.
