Key Biscayne Condo Presidents Council elects new president and board | Key Biscayne

Last week, the Key Biscayne Condo Presidents Council (KBCPD) held their annual meeting at Tutto’s Pizza and Pasta in the Galleria Shopping Center.

The organization, which is composed of the presidents of several condominium associations on Key Biscayne, elected a new board of directors. The board also appointed Carlos Mendia as president. Mendia is taking over for Samuel Schrager, who served in that capacity for the past two years.

Board member and The Towers Condo Association president Richard Michaelson, praised Schrager for his leadership during his tenure and presented him a gift.

Along with Mendia taking over as president, the KBCPC new board of directors include Richard Michaelson, Guillermo García-Lay, treasurer, Archie Gonzalez and Bonnie Smith.
