The Florida house from the movie “Magic Mike” has a new price after a $1.4 million cut on Monday.

The Tierra Verde mansion, outside of Tampa, is now asking $8.4 million. It was originally listed for $12 million, when it first hit the market last May, and then was relisted in November for $9.8 million.

“Our well-informed sellers recognize today’s market and are making great efforts to position the property properly,” said listing agent Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Realty. “This unique estate still represents one of the best values for open bay in the entire Tampa Bay market.”

Completed in 2013, the home was still being built during filming for “Magic Mike,” and it served as the construction site where Channing Tatum’s character worked his day job.

The Mediterranean-style mansion stands on about a third of an acre with nearly 200 feet of water frontage along Tampa Bay.

The three-level home unfolds across roughly 7,825 square feet. The first floor is dedicated to the main living spaces: There’s a great room with double-height ceilings, an office, a theater and a dining room that leads into the kitchen, where bar seating looks out a wall of windows that frame the views of the bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.

The primary wing is also on the main level—it has a bedroom with a sitting area, two large closets, a bathroom with a separate water closet and a private balcony.

The rest of the home’s five bedrooms are upstairs. Two bedrooms lead out to a shared balcony—which has a staircase leading up to a roof deck—while the other two share a wing that also includes a guest living room, dining room and kitchen.

The lower level is reserved for storage and garage space, where up to five cars can be parked.

Out back off the lower level, there’s a covered patio with a wet bar and a heated saltwater pool and hot tub. The home also has its own dock.

The sellers bought the home in June 2009 for $1.2 million, records with PropertyShark show. They couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
