• Police were called at 8:43 p.m. Tuesday to a disturbance in the 1000 block of East Morton Avenue involving a report of a juvenile being harassed. Those involved were separated.
• Police were called at 7:31 p.m. Tuesday to a disturbance in the 300 block of Clay Court involving an argument over damage to a car. Those involved separated before officers arrived.
• Police were called at 4:11 p.m. Tuesday to Mound Road for a disturbance involving a report of two drivers in a dispute over driving habits. Officers spoke to both about their actions, according to a police report.
• Police were called at 12:19 p.m. Tuesday to a disturbance in the 300 block of West Lafayette Ave. Those involved separated.
• Police were called at 11:23 a.m. Tuesday to a disturbance at Knights Inn, 1111 E. Morton Ave., involving a report of a guest refusing to pay and not answering the door. The person left when officers arrived.
• A 47-year-old Jacksonville man reported minor injuries after his electric bicycle and a car being driven by a 23-year-old Hillview woman collided at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday at West Morton and South Westgate avenues. The car’s driver was cited on a charge of failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
• A 38-year-old Bluffs man was cited on a charge of failing to stop at a sidewalk or when emerging from an alley or driveway after his car and a Jacksonville Police Department car collided at 3:38 p.m. Tuesday on West Beecher Avenue.
• A car port was removed from a residence in the 700 block of Allen Avenue, according to a report filed at 7:31 p.m. Tuesday. Officers determined it was a civil matter.
• A recycling bin was stolen from a residence in the 300 block of Fulton Street, according to a report filed at 3:32 p.m. Tuesday.
• A black wagon was stolen from a residence in the 1000 block of East Morton Avenue, according to a report filed at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday.
• The lug nuts were removed from a vehicle in the 1200 block of South East Street, according to a report filed at 8:07 a.m. Tuesday. It appears they were taken by someone trying to steal the tires, according to a police report.
