Weather will be breezy with a few scattered showers and storms north of I-4.

There is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., according to NWS Melbourne.

Skies will be mostly sunny with temperatures peaking around 86 degrees.

Winds will blow east to southeast at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Rip currents are strong and life-threatening at area beaches, while small craft should exercise caution offshore.

For Friday evening, skies will be mostly clear with a temperature low around 65 degrees, according to NWS Melbourne.
