VALDOSTA, Ga. (WCTV) – Today’s something good is an unlikely friendship!
Wild Adventures shared photos showing Kurtsie, a zebra, and Bakari, a giraffe, who apparently have become an inseparable duo.
More good news:
After opening their giraffe habitat, Wild Adventures noticed Bakari was very curious about the zebra herd.

Now they lounge together, nudge each other for attention, share snacks and even groom each other!
“Kurtsie even tags along during giraffe feedings, content to simply watch her best friend in action, while occasionally weaving between Bakari’s long legs or playfully nudging him for attention,” a press release from Wild Adventures says.
The animal care team says the friendship has had a positive impact on both animals.
