LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The offensive woes continued Saturday for the Louisville Kings in a second consecutive loss.

In a 19-9 loss to the Orlando Storm, the Kings scored no touchdowns and finished with just 27 rushing yards.

Former University of Louisville quarterback Jack Plummer threw for 182 yards and two touchdowns for Orlando.

Louisville’s defense held strong in the first half, as the Kings led 9-6, but Plummer connected with KJ Hamler for a 41-yard touchdown with 38 seconds remaining to give the Storm the lead.

The Kings were then held without scoring in the second half.

Up next, the Kings host a rematch with Orlando on Friday, April 10, at Lynn Family Stadium. The game will air on WDRB.
