Chicken Salad Chick to open Cape Coral location | GB Daily

Chicken Salad Chick will open a new restaurant in Cape Coral on April 21, marking the fourth Southwest Florida location for franchise owners Scott Pace and Kendal Potesta. The restaurant at 1206 Solaris Drive will serve more than a dozen made-from-scratch chicken salad flavors, along with sandwiches, fresh side salads, gourmet soups and desserts. The location is expected to create about 50 jobs and will offer dine-in and carryout service. The expansion follows previous openings in Fort Myers, Estero and Port Charlotte.
