PORT ST. LUCIE ── It’s time for the city’s annual Fall Fun Fest.

The three-day event is free to attend and includes carnival rides, a curated fall marketplace, food, family fun, a movie night and some great live music at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center.

At 7:30 p.m. on Friday night, Absolute Queen, a tribute band known for not just their music but also for their stage production, pays homage to the legendary Freddy Mercury and company.

There are two shows on Saturday. Kicking the live music off at 3:30 p.m. is the energetic ’80s tribute band, On The Roxx.

At 7:30 p.m., enjoy the music of The Eagles. Tribute band The Long Run has captivated generations of Eagles fans. With spot-on harmonies, masterful guitar work, and five exceptional voices blending in perfect harmony.

For the kids, there will be trick-or-treating, called Street of Treats, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.

Movie Night under the Stars featuring “Hocus Pocus,” will be presented at 5 p.m., Nov. 1. 

The midway will be open and each ride requires 3 to 6 tickets. Carnival ride tickets are sold for $1 each or discounted increments of $10. Ride bands are $25 on Friday and Sunday, and $30 on Saturday.

For an extra $10 you can visit the Scare Zone, a haunted experience from Boy Scout Troop 422. The scare zone is open 7 – 10 p.m., Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. There will be a sensory-friendly, not-so-scary haunt from 5-6 p.m., Oct. 31 and 4-6 p.m., Nov. 1.

The scheduled hours for the Fall Fun Fest is 5-10 p.m., Oct. 31; noon – 10 p.m., Nov. 1; and 1 – 6 p.m., Nov. 2.

Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable canned goods to support the Treasure Coast Food Bank.

The MIDFLORIDA Event Center is located at 9221 S.E. Event Center Place, Port St. Lucie.
