Save the Garden is looking to submit a ballot measure requiring voter approval for the city to transfer downtown public roads, but more than half of the signatures were disqualified, partly due to one member not being registered to vote in Clearwater at the time. The group is now threatening to sue, claiming this to be a minor error that shouldn’t disregard so many signatures.
