A woman is accused of driving the wrong way on Hancock Bridge Parkway while drunk, according to the Cape Coral Police Department.An arrest report says that officers were traveling westbound on Hancock Bridge Parkway when they saw another car traveling eastbound in the same lane, almost hitting their patrol vehicle.The report says that the vehicle then crossed over into the eastbound lane. Officers initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which they say was being driven by Fedorah Felien, 20. When stopped, Felien reportedly told officers “I screwed up,” followed by “I’m not drunk.”The report says that Felien struggled with field sobriety tests.
