Jacksonville Area Conference of Churches’ second Unhoused Panel Discussion will be at 6:30 p.m. April 15 at First Presbyterian Church, 870 W. College Ave.
The first panel discussion, in January, featured representatives of New Directions Warming and Cooling Center, the city, The Salvation Army and retired police chaplain Alan Bradish.
The forum is free and open to anyone.
