TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – From monsters to heroes, ghouls and goblins, kids were dressed in their best costumes at the annual Owl-O-Ween in Tallahassee.
The Goodwood Museum hosted the event and nearly 500 people came out to enjoy free face painting, sweet treats and lots of interactive games.
“Opportunity for families to come out and just have a bunch of fun, Halloween fun in a safe environment without having to spend anything,” Ashley Hunter said.

Organizers said it’s a great time for families to have some fun and allow the kiddos to express themselves.
“The kids are so creative and it’s so much fun to see what Pop culture thing is ‘it’ this year,” she said.
There were trick-or-treat bags, vendors and plenty of photo opportunities for the kids to enjoy.
