2 arrested after search warrant finds drugs in Cape Coral home near elementary school

Two people were arrested on narcotics charges after Cape Coral police served a search warrant on a home less than 1,000 feet from Pelican Elementary School.On Wednesday, the Cape Coral Police Department SWAT Team executed a search warrant at the 200 block of SW 33rd Terrace. Officers say that they initially received a tip that Andrew Lee Horner, 32, was selling narcotics. During an undercover operation, officers say that Horner sold six grams of methamphetamine and 1.6 grams of MDMA. During a second undercover transaction, he sold 50 Xanax pills.While executing the search warrant, officers say they found multiple items in Horner’s home, including:LSD tabs (1.9 grams)Amphetamine pills (4.4 grams)Xanax pills (6.6 grams)psilocybin mushrooms (28.2 grams)methamphetamines (1.3 grams)Small plastic baggiesWhile searching the home, detectives say they found a purse belonging to Hanna Wheeler, 26.
