The city of Sanibel will hold a Strategic Energy Plan Public Workshop on April 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. at The Community House on Sanibel to help shape the future of energy resilience on the island.
The interactive session will provide an overview of the project, explain why the city is developing an energy plan and explore how it will benefit the community. Attendees will help set an energy vision and goals, as well as share input on local energy needs and concerns.
Light refreshments will be served.
“Residents are encouraged to attend and share their thoughts on the future of energy on Sanibel,” the city shared.
The presentation will be recorded and available afterward on the city’s website.
