JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – Jacksonville Beach is turning up the volume this weekend as Springing the Blues returns to the Seawalk Pavilion.

The free, outdoor festival runs April 10–12. The event draws national, regional and local artists to the beachfront stage.

Organizers say the festival is more than just a concert — it’s a celebration of America’s indigenous musical form. It draws thousands of people to Jacksonville Beach every Spring.

What to know before you go

Before heading to the beach, festivalgoers should take note of the event’s bag policy to ensure a smooth entry.

Clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches and small clutches up to 6 x 6 x 6 inches are permitted on the grounds. Medical and diaper bags are also allowed but are subject to inspection upon entry.

Backpacks, camera cases and large totes are not allowed. Organizers encourage attendees to pack light for a hassle-free experience.
