When you talk about tourism in Florida, you might think about the theme parks or sporting events or music festivals or any of the other activities that people come to the Sunshine State for, but one activity that may be easily overlooked is camping at campsites. 

In this climate of growth and expansion, are Florida campsites protected from being bought out and paved over?  Are campsites part of the state’s plan to help preserve green space?  And is the great outdoors an undiscovered country for Florida tourism?
